Section 3. Rights and conditions of participation
The campaign is accessible to all natural people, regardless of nationality, home, race, sex or religion, resident in Romania, which respect the conditions of this regulation and which follow the indications in this regulation to validate its participation.
No employee of the organizer, the advertising agency and other companies involved in this action, as well as their first degree relatives, can participate. Participation in this campaign has the value of full acceptance, freely agreed and outside of any constraint of the provisions of this regulation. The right to participate belongs exclusively to the participant who meets the conditions imposed by the regulation. The right to participate in the campaign is automatically canceled in the situation in which a person provides false, incorrect or inadequate information in completing personal data.
Section 4. Personal data protection
All participants are guaranteed the rights in accordance with law 677/2001 for the protection of people regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data, respectively the right to information, the right to data, the right of intervention, the right of opposition, the right to not be subject to an individual decision and the right to face justice. The organizer will use the personal data provided by the participants to register in the campaign exclusively in order to announce and identify the winners.
Section 5. The campaign mechanism
Customers will discover the campaign on the Facebook page Maxinova Furure -, on our Instagram page: as well as on our website: www.maxinovafurnunure.ro.
Participants can register in the campaign between 14 January to 13 February 2025, adopting exactly the following steps: 1) to access the website www.maxinovafurnature.ro, 2) to have furniture purchased Maxinova Furniture or during campaign 3) to leave a review with its experience on Google.ro
If the steps established previously are completely completed, the participant will have the opportunity to win as a prize:

Section 6. Campaign prizes
All the people who respect the conditions of participation and follow the rules indicated in this regulation, will enter the weekly lotteries and the final lottery, from the end of the countryside period.

The prize will be awarded to the participant who respects the conditions of participation and who follow the rules declared in this regulation.

Section 8. Copyright
The participant is unique responsible for any direct or indirect consequences that may derive due to the inadequate publication or copyright on the site.
Section 9. Campaign cessation
This campaign will cease the law on February 13, 2025, at 11.59 pm and will be able to cease before the time only in the case of an event of force majeure – of nature that makes management impossible.
Section 10. Campaign regulation
The campaign regulation is available for free on www.maxinovafurnunure.ro. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to respect this regulation. Any changes to this regulation will be communicated on www.maxinovafurnure.ro.
Section 11. Takes and related taxes
The organizer undertakes to calculate, to keep the source and transfer the tax due for the prizes granted to the participants in the campaign.
Section 12. Litigation
In the case of disputes between the furniture of Maxinova and the participants in the campaign, they will be resolved amicably. If it is not possible to resolve the disputes, the parties involved in the dispute will present the dispute to resolve the competent Romanian courts.
